Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship domestically within Canada, to the US, UK and Ireland. More places coming soon! Sign up to our mailing list to be the first in the know! 

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. Estimated delivery time within Canada is 2-7 days. Estimated delivery time internationally is 5-8 days.

If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Returns 

We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds on sale items (including the use of discount codes), gift cards, limited edition/collaboration items, or any item that is older than 30 days since date of purchase.

Within the first period of 15 days, you must inform us that you want to return your order. After you have informed us, a second period of 15 days start in which you must return your order to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same unused condition that you received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When sending your item, please include a note inside the package that has your order number and what you'd like to exchange for (or if you prefer a store credit). 

After you have exchanged an item, your newly exchanged item is final sale.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Exchanges 

Exchanges can be made on the same item for that of a different size. After you have exchanged an item, your newly exchanged item is final sale. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to hello@wanderruff.co and we'll send exchange instructions and return shipping labels. Things that are not covered:

- Regular wear and tear
- Discolouration or stains from wear
- Chewed items
- Misused items
- Scratches on hardware from use
- Change of colour.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
