Wanderruff recycled plastic walk products are manufactured at a state-of-the-art facility in Dongguan, China. By manufacturing overseas, we gain access to a level of quality, expertise and technology that we just can’t access here in North America for recycled plastic products.

We know that there is no clear path to 100% sustainability but we are mindful to do our best in every stage of the process.

Our practices include using recycled or easily recycled textiles, producing in small batches to avoid excess waste, using responsible packaging practices (recycled, reuseable, recyclable) and committing a portion of our sales to 1% for the planet.

Plastic waste is first collected from several recycling facilities, before it is shredded by a machine and melted down into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into yarn, which is woven into a fabric which becomes your Wanderruff dog accessories.

We recommend hand-washing and natural drying to be kinder to our planet and using washing bags that can capture microplastics. We love both Guppyfriend and Cora Ball, companies that help us reduce microplastic waste.

There is a flat rate of $10 CAD for shipping across North America. Shipping is free on all orders over $75. European shipping is calculated on check out based on the weight of your order.

Our orders ship out of our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. Any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders may require 1-3 business days of processing once your order is placed. Please note that we do not process or ship during weekends and holidays.

Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery time is between 2-8 business days.

You will receive a tracking link sent to via email once your order is confirmed and shipped.

We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds on sale items (including the use of discount codes), gift cards, limited edition/collaboration items, or any item that is older than 30 days since date of purchase.

Within the first period of 15 days, you must inform us that you want to return your order. After you have informed us, a second period of 15 days start in which you must return your order to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same unused condition that you received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When sending your item, please include a note inside the package that has your order number.

We’ve worked hard to create products that are durable and lasting. That’s why nearly all of our items are protected by a limited one-year warranty. Outside of normal wear and tear, if products ordered aren’t performing as they should within a year of purchase, we’ll fix or replace them free of charge.
