Wanderruff's products are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase, based on the total order value. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment for an order. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address up to 24 hours before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
Wanderruff is unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. We are also unable to offer courier services to these locations.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
Duties & Taxes:
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Wanderruff encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Wanderruff at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds on sale items (including the use of discount codes), gift cards, limited edition/collaboration items, or any item that is older than 30 days since date of purchase.
Within the first period of 15 days, you must inform us that you want to return your order. After you have informed us, a second period of 15 days start in which you must return your order to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same unused condition that you received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When sending your item, please include a note inside the package that has your order number.
There is a $10 restocking fee on returned items.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges can be made on the same item for that of a different size. After you have exchanged an item, your newly exchanged item is final sale. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send exchange instructions and return shipping labels. Things that are not covered:
- Regular wear and tear
- Discolouration or stains from wear
- Chewed items
- Misused items
- Scratches on hardware from use
- Change of colour.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
