Shipping

We offer free shipping in North America on orders over $85. International shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs duties and fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. Estimated delivery time within Canada is 2-7 days. Estimated delivery time internationally is 5-8 days.

If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Due to recent changes in trade regulations and tariff enforcement, all orders shipping to the United States from Canada are now subject to import duties and tariffs. These are government-imposed fees and unfortunately, we have no control over them.

Returns

As a small business, all items are currently final sale. Please check your dogs measurements before ordering and if you have any questions about sizing, reach out and we will be happy to help you.

Warranty

We’ve worked hard to create products that are durable and lasting. That’s why nearly all of our items are protected by a limited one-year warranty. Outside of normal wear and tear, if products ordered aren’t performing as they should within a year of purchase, we’ll fix or replace them free of charge.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Care instructions

Hand wash with standard detergent. Wipe metal accessories dry. Air dry webbing.

Lighter colours will show the appearance of dirt sooner than darker colours.
